What Does PRF Actually Do for Your Skin… and is it worth it?
Microneedling alone is already something.
Thousands of micro-channels created in the dermis
→
your skin's own repair response activated
→
collagen production signaled
→
It works — and it works well.
But it has a window. And that window closes.
What your skin does with those open channels in the hours after treatment determines most of what you'll see in the mirror four weeks later. Standard microneedling leaves that part to chance. Microneedling with PRF does not.
how it works:
Before your session begins, we do a small blood draw — not unlike a routine lab visit.
That sample goes into a centrifuge, spins down, and separates into something genuinely remarkable: a golden serum concentrate called Platelet-Rich Fibrins, made entirely from your own biology. Your platelets. Your growth factors. Your fibrin matrix — a natural scaffold that holds it all together and, critically, releases it slowly.
We infuse your PRF directly into the microchannels created during the microneedling session while they're still open. Your skin receives it when it's most capable of using it to influence and amplify the healing response.
Then the real work begins — and it keeps going for 7 to 10 days.
That's the part that separates PRF from everything else. PRP, its predecessor, delivers growth factors over a day or two. PRF's fibrin matrix extends that healing signal for nearly two weeks. Long after you've moved on with your life, your skin is still rebuilding. It’s literally getting better with each day that passes after you walk out of our office.
The results feel different from any facial — because they are. Texture that serums alone couldn't shift starts to smooth. Pores tighten. Fine lines soften in a way that looks like you, not like an injection intervention. Acne scars that held through years of religious skincare begin to genuinely heal.
Nothing synthetic enters your skin. The ingredient is you.
