Cancellation Policy

At Rhythm and Ritual, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When a client cancels without adequate notice—or chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling—we lose the opportunity to fill that time while still incurring non-refundable credit card fees.
Please review our policy below:

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded minus a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
    This is not a penalty but a pass-through cost: these fees are not returned to us by the credit card processor upon issuing a refund. •

  • To avoid this fee, we strongly encourage you to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling.

  • Rescheduling does not incur any additional charges as long as it is done more than 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and will be charged 100% of the service amount.

  • No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service.
    Clients with three (3) no-shows may be permanently restricted from booking future services.

  • All scheduling changes must be made through our online booking system only. We do not accept cancellations or reschedule requests by phone, voicemail, text, or email.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Jewelry

Most services flow best without the interference of jewelry. Please keep jewelry to a minimum during your visit. We recommend leaving your valuables at home as we’re not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Waiting Area

We do not have an in-office waiting area or front desk. Please call or text upon arrival, and we will greet you at the door.  

Payments

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Rhythm and Ritual Gift Certificates, American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Gratuity can be added at booking and will be charged when booking.

Precautions

Please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you; if you’re pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications.

Children Under 12

Please note, for their safety and out of respect for our guests, children under 12 years of age are not permitted at Rhythm and Ritual; anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during services.

Phone Etiquette

To preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we ask for cell phones to be turned off during your time at Rhythm and Ritual.
